Starting today and for 9 more days I'll be using a 20mm macro extension tube. This is what my bird Tori would look like if I could paint his grey feathers purple, did I mention I love purple?

TRANSPORT!!!I'm attempting (again? must be MAD) to take an image every day for 31 days. My theme is transport especially cars which to be honest I've never photographed before except for a few wedding cars. I was thinking of doing 2 cars then another type of transport, and continuing in that sequence until the end of the month. You can click on any pic for a larger view. Please do leave me a comment as I appreciate each and every one :-) and the encouragement really does help to keep one going.

What a pretty bird! I love the color, too. And I love the abstract feeling you get from cropping it so tight.
ReplyDeleteAssuming I'm on the right track with this puzzle, you will have run out of you know what on day 16 - either that or you will go back to the end. Am I on the right track or do you have no idea what I'm talking about!!!! Lovely detail on the photo by the way :-)

Great closeup with the extension tubes. They are pretty hard to use! I'm surprised the bird stayed still long enough!

ReplyDeleteHe (Tori) started to attack my camera, he was very cross with me and not a bit cooperative so I only had time for 3 shots, and yes the colour was done in PS. I was a bit bored with his regular old grey bits.

Who can not love a purple bird? Everyone knows purple is the bestesst color in the world. He seems to be saying "hhhmmmmm" to me.
