Day 16 - Tom's Zebra

Thanks must go to the imaginative Tom and his colourful images for this idea, I was running out! Just as a small twist, I did this zebra in B&W - macro animals are hard to come by in this household.

  1. Great composition and I love the very high key, almost inverted look of it. I see where you are going with your puzzle! Great job.

  2. I guess you didn't have too many options open to you today if you were going to continue with your puzzle. I'll be in the same boat in a while but I think it's safe to say I won't be photographing any zebras! Outstanding contrast. Very striking.

  4. Nice shot, I think the composition is pretty unconventional, and is all the better for it!

  6. Oh, what a nice tribute and with such a different look than Tom. is your zebra painted metal? I think the B&W is very nice here and I love the composition.

  7. No not metal, he is just a plastic kids toy I found at the bottom of the cupboard after a lot of frantic searching.
Not what I wanted to do for today at all, but I couldn't find what I had in mind, so had to borrow Tom's idea.

  8. My "zebra" was just a joke with a soap. This zebra that I see here is a master piece.
Finishing the image in b&w is a sensational idea. And the object that you used is wonderful!

I was flattered to see this tribute and would like to apologize for not having seen the day you posted. I was very happy to see this picture and know that my games are inspiring. Congratulations and thank you very much!
